Competitors must be over 18 on race day. £20 Solo entries and £45 Relay Team entries.Course details,map and race numbers will be sent out prior to event. All bike competitors must wear an approved Hard Shell Bicycle Helmet. Individual and team prizes will be awarded; these will not affect your amateur status. Entries will not be considered valid until full payment has been received and cleared. Closing date for entries is 14.09.09
